Who We Are

Daily Bible is a digital tool provided by MAVELLI FZCO, a UAE-based company dedicated to enriching spiritual life through AI-powered features, scripture access, prayer tools, and inspirational content. Our goal is to help users engage with the Bible daily, grow in faith, and connect with God in meaningful ways.

Access to Our Services

These Terms govern your entire relationship with us unless additional terms are presented for specific features (e.g., subscription purchases, events, or offers). In such cases, those "Additional Terms" are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Additional Terms shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you at least 30 days prior to the new terms taking effect. Notice may be delivered via email, push notification, or in-app message. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Membership Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. You may be required to register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Subscription, Payments & Billing

Our Services may include both free and paid offerings. Some features are accessible only with a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. Subscription fees will be charged automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription within your device settings.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize your payment provider to process recurring charges. We reserve the right to modify pricing; if so, you will be notified in advance and given an opportunity to accept or cancel.

Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

License to Use Our Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All intellectual property rights remain with MAVELLI FZCO or our partners. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, sublicense, resell, or distribute any part of our Services without written permission.

User Content

You may submit content including messages, prayers, reflections, questions, or other contributions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that content into the Services.

All content generated by the Services, including AI-generated responses ("Outputs"), remains the property of MAVELLI FZCO.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate or rely on third-party tools and APIs, including but not limited to Firebase (for data), OpenAI (for AI responses), RevenueCat (for billing), and Meta/TikTok (for analytics and marketing). Your use of these features is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for content, accuracy, or functionality provided by third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights;
• Upload, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, illegal, or misleading content;
• Interfere with the functionality or security of our systems;
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools to access our Services;
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or bypass security mechanisms;
• Share your account with others or use someone else's account.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for violations without prior notice.

Disclaimer and Risk Notice

Our Services are offered for informational and spiritual purposes only. We do not provide clinical mental health, medical, or legal advice. AI-generated content is based on input provided and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reflective of any theological standard. Use discretion when relying on such content.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAVELLI FZCO, its officers, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAVELLI FZCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your license will be revoked, and we may delete your content and account information.

You may terminate your account at any time via app settings or by emailing contact@mavelli.com.

Feedback

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. Feedback is non-confidential and may be used to improve our Services.

Illegal Content Reporting

To report illegal, abusive, or infringing content, please contact us at contact@mavelli.com with:

• A description of the issue;
• The exact location (e.g., URL or screenshot);
• Your name and contact info;
• A declaration that your report is accurate.

We will investigate and may remove content or restrict access as appropriate.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by local law. By using the Services, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.

General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
